If you paid with contactless, you can search, view, and download digital receipts using our GRIDSERVE | Search Receipt Receipts are usually available three hours after your charging session ends.

If you used the GRIDSERVE app, receipts are automatically stored in the app and sent to the email linked to your account. The following instructions are only for contactless customers.

 

  • Open the receipt portal through this link GRIDSERVE | Search Receipt
  • Have the following details ready:
    1. Last 4 digits of your debit/credit card.

      If you paid with a smart device (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or a contactless ring/watch), use the last 4 digits of the virtual account number (not your physical card number). 

    2. Location of your charging session.
    3. Date of your charging session.

Once entered, you can view, download, or print your receipt.
