When you start a charge through our app, a single pre-authorisation of £30 will be temporarily held against your account. We’ll hold these funds for up to two hours to prevent you from being charged a pre-authorisation fee more than once, should you have any issues during the charging process. The remaining money will be returned to your account, though the exact time frame may vary slightly depending on your bank’s processing times.
