1. The Promoter
The promoter is: GRIDSERVE EMEA DEPC Ltd, Units 9 & 10 Westerngate, Hillmead Enterprise Park, Swindon, SN5 5WN (GRIDSERVE).
2. The Promotion
2.1. The title of the promotion is “10% off Little Fresh Norwich 2025” (the Promotion).
2.2. The Promotion is available at the Little Fresh ‘Good to Go’ store at GRIDSERVE’s Norwich Electric Forecourt® only.
2.3. Subject to clause 2.5 below, the Promotion consists of a 10% discount (or, if applicable, rounded up to the next round penny) (Discount) off a purchase at the Little Fresh ‘Good to Go’ store within Norwich Electric Forecourt during the Promotion Period using a valid discount voucher code (Voucher Code).
2.4. Voucher Codes will, subject to availability, be distributed by GRIDSERVE before and during the Promotion Period to:
a) selected local businesses;
b) customers charging vehicles or making purchases from the Costa Coffee outlet at Norwich Electric Forecourt®; and
c) attendees of local events attended by the Norwich Electric Forecourt® team.
2.5. Please note the Promotion does not apply to purchases of any tobacco product (including, but not limited to, e-cigarettes and vapes) or baby food items (Excluded Items).
2.6. The Promotion is not open employees of GRIDSERVE, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion.
2.7. Each Voucher Code may be used only once. The Voucher code must be scanned at the sign posted location prior to completing the purchase from the Little Fresh store.
3. General Terms
3.1. The Promotion will last from 00:00 GMT on 17th October 2025 August 2025 ( Opening Date) to 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2025 ( Closing Date). The Discount will only be applied to purchases within this period (Promotion Period) using a valid Voucher Code.
3.2. All purchases placed before the Opening Date, or after the Closing Date will not be eligible for the Promotion.
3.3. No cash alternative is available. The Discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
3.4 All purchases must be made for personal and not commercial resale purposes.
3.5 GRIDSERVE accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged Voucher Codes, and reserves the right to refuse the Discount if the Voucher Code has been tampered with or is invalid.
4. Data protection and publicity
4.1. GRIDSERVE will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Notice
5. General
5.1. By making a purchase using the Voucher Code during the Promotion Period, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. GRIDSERVE reserves the right to refuse to apply the Discount if there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
5.2. GRIDSERVE reserves the right to withhold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, including for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
5.3. To the extent permitted by law, GRIDSERVE accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Promotion.
5.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
