1. The Promoter
The promoter is: GRIDSERVE EUK OMM LTD, Units 9 & 10 Westerngate, Hillmead Enterprise Park, Swindon, SN5 5WN (GRIDSERVE).
2. The Promotion
2.1. The title of the promotion is “GRIDSERVE App Member – Free barista-made drink at Costa Coffee GRIDSERVE Electric Forecourts ” (the Promotion).
2.2. The Promotion is available at GRIDSERVE’s Electric Forecourts® at Norwich, Braintree, Stevenage and Gatwick, (the Forecourt).
2.3. The Promotion consists of a 100% discount (the Discount) available to customers who purchase any barista made drink at Costa Coffee franchise at the Forecourt when charging an electric vehicle using the GRIDSERVE app and being signed up to Membership (the Voucher) (the Purchase).
2.4. Please note the Promotion only applies to barista made drinks ordered at Costa Coffee franchise at the Forecourt (the Barista-Made Drinks), and excludes all food and non-food items including, but not limited to, sweet and savoury baked goods, bottled water, soft drinks and chewing gum (the Excluded Items).
2.5. The Promotion is not open employees of GRIDSERVE, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion.
2.6. Each membership within the GRIDSERVE app may be used only once and be presented at the time of purchase. GRIDSERVE staff will take note of the membership details at time the Purchase is made.
2.7. The promotion is limited to a maximum of one redemption during the promotion.
2.8. The promotion must be redeemed on the same day as the GRIDSERVE app charging session has been completed
3. General Terms
3.1. The Promotion will run from 00:00 GMT on 15th December 2025 (the Opening Date) to 23:59 GMT on 4th January 2026 (the Closing Date). The Discount will only be applied to Purchases of Barista-Made Drinks made during this period (the Promotion Period).
3.2. The Purchase must be placed within the Promotion Period showing a valid GRIDSERVE app membership. All purchases placed before the Opening Date, or after the Closing Date will not be eligible for the Promotion.
3.3. No cash alternative is available. The Discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
3.4. Barista-Made Drinks are subject to availability.
3.5. GRIDSERVE accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers, and reserves the right to refuse the Discount if the Voucher has been tampered with or is invalid.
4. Data protection and publicity
4.1. GRIDSERVE will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Notice.
5. General
5.1. By making a Purchase during the Promotion Period, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. GRIDSERVE reserves the right to refuse to apply the Discount if there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
5.2. GRIDSERVE reserves the right to withhold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, including for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
5.3. To the extent permitted by law, GRIDSERVE accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Promotion.
5.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
