1. Open the app and find your location on the map.
2. Check your vehicle’s port and select the correct connector (CCS, CHAdeMO or Type 2).
3. Take the connector from the holster, support the cable and plug it into your vehicle.
4. Locate the charger ID (clearly shown on a sticker below the charger screen) and select this same ID in the app.
5. If dual charging is active, you may see two screens on the unit, toggle between them to confirm you’re viewing the one linked to your connector.
6. In the app, tap ‘pay’ and select your preferred payment card if you have more than one saved.
7. Once the charge has started, you can monitor your session remotely in the app, including live charge curve and state of charge.
8. To end the session, press ‘stop’ in the app before unplugging your vehicle and returning the connector.
