1. The Promoter
The promoter is GRIDSERVE UK OMM Limited, Units 9 & 10 Westerngate, Hillmead Enterprise Park, Swindon, SN5 5WN (GRIDSERVE).
2. The Promotions
2.1 The Promotions comprise two promotional periods: (i) a Test Run Promotion Period, during which the Promotional Price is made available and during which GRIDSERVE will test the correct application of the Promotional Price, although this cannot be guaranteed, and (ii) the Main Promotion Period, during which the Promotional Price is offered as set out in these terms. Together, these are referred to as the “Stevenage Off‑Peak Promotions” (the Promotions).
2.2 During each Promotion Period (as defined in Section 4), eligible customers who pay for charging services using the GRIDSERVE App (each a Purchase) at Stevenage Electric Forecourt® will receive a Promotional Price of 56p per kWh (each a Promotional Price).
2.3 All Purchases are subject to (i) the GRIDSERVE Charging Terms and Conditions and (ii) the GRIDSERVE Mobile App Terms and Conditions.
2.4 A Promotional Price may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Where you have access to another promotion or offer for charging services on the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway during the Promotion Periods, the promotion giving you the lowest purchase price shall apply.
3. Eligibility and Exclusions
3.1 The Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who hold a valid UK driving licence.
3.2 The Promotions are only open to customers who make a Purchase using the GRIDSERVE App.
3.3 GRIDSERVE Plus subscribers and customers who receive fleet benefits are not eligible for the Promotions.
4. Promotion Periods
4.1 The Promotions comprise two separate promotional periods (each a Promotion Period, together the Promotion Periods):
- Test Run Promotion Period:
From 19 March 2026 (the Opening Date) to 20 March 2026 (the Closing Date), and only between 21:00 and 06:00. - Main Promotion Period:
From 31 March 2026 (the Opening Date) to 30 April 2026 (the Closing Date), and only between 21:00 and 06:00.
4.2 Only Purchases made within the relevant Promotion Period and within the stated hours qualify for the applicable Promotional Price.
4.3 Purchases made before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
4.4 For the avoidance of doubt, if a charging session begins before midnight on the final day of a Promotion Period and ends after midnight, that charging session will be treated as having taken place within that Promotion Period and the applicable Promotional Price will be applied.
4.5 Charging sessions which start at 06:00 on 21 March 2026 or 06:00 on 1 May 2026, or later, will be disqualified.
4.6 During the Test Run Promotion Period, GRIDSERVE will test the correct application of the Promotional Price. While GRIDSERVE will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Promotional Price is applied, this cannot be guaranteed.
5. Data Protection
5.1 GRIDSERVE will process personal data as necessary to administer the Promotions and apply the Promotional Prices, in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
6. General
6.1 By making a qualifying Purchase during a Promotion Period, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Where GRIDSERVE reasonably believes that these terms have been breached, GRIDSERVE may charge you the difference between the applicable Promotional Price and the standard price for the relevant charging session.
6.2 GRIDSERVE is not responsible for any technical malfunction, system failure, network interruption, charger fault or other issue that prevents a Purchase from being completed or the Promotional Price from being applied during the Promotion Period. In such circumstances, GRIDSERVE is under no obligation to apply the Promotional Price retrospectively.
6.3 Customers acknowledge that during the Test Run Promotion Period, GRIDSERVE will test the correct application of the Promotional Price. While GRIDSERVE will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Promotional Price is applied during this period, this cannot be guaranteed. If the Promotional Price is not applied during the Test Run Promotion Period, GRIDSERVE is under no obligation to retrospectively apply it or provide any refund, credit, reimbursement or other remedy.
6.4 GRIDSERVE reserves the right to withhold, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotions where necessary.
6.5 These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
